Dan - General Manager

Having worked in the hospitality industry, running busy restaurants, bars and pubs, Dan joined the team in 2018 with a wealth of experience under his belt. 

When he’s not working?

Dan can be found at the gym, heading out for a walk with his dog Honey or at the skate park with his kids!

Kieren - Bar Manager

Kieren has been a familiar face behind the bar for a number of years, and promoted to bar manager in 2021. He has designed our popular cocktail menu and makes a great Espresso Martini!

When he’s not working?

Kieren heads out to some of his favourite local bars and restaurants with his girlfriend and Family. Leading by example of work hard play hard!

Jordan - Assistant Manager

Jordan, also known as ‘Golden Boy’ due to his lovely hair colour, started as Assistant Manager in 2019. Although already a familiar face for many as he has worked a number of Summers at The Cliff House.

When he’s not working?

Jordan can be found playing football followed by a couple of pints with his mates, or walking his dog with his Mum on Barton Beach.

Meg - Office & Functions Manager

Since joining the team 2018, Meg was soon promoted to our office manager. If you’ve called us recently, it was probably Meg who answered. Meg is super organised, looks after our bookings and will ensure your time with us is the best it can be!

When she’s not working?

Meg can be found spending time with her little sister Bob and her little dogs Millie & Phoebe on the sunny beaches of Barton.

Jimmy - Head Chef

Jimmy started with us in the Summer of 2020 after heading up a restaurant in the New Forest. He's a fantastic asset to the team, with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients.

When he’s not working?

Jimmy spends time with his Bride to be Charlotte, the dogs and their brand new addition to the family, baby Franklin.

The Cliff House Team

Poppy

You will often find Poppy relaxing in a sunny spot on the cliff top. It’s a tough life!

When she’s not working?

Poppy doesn’t work. She’s a dog!

Steve and Hayley - The Bosses

Steve & Hayley joined the business in 2015, after moving back to the seaside having lived in Cambridge where Steve ran a number of busy restaurants.

When they’re not working?

Hanging out with Poppy in their favourite local coffee shop, whilst trying to plan their next holiday!
